JUNIOR SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Location: Bielsko - Biała / entire country
TASKS:
- Sales and customer service,
- Maintaining good relations with existing customers and active acquisition of the new ones,
- Identification of customers’ needs, selection of the solutions best suited to the identified needs,
- Preparation of commercial offers,
- Negotiating purchase conditions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic technical knowledge and analytical thinking skills,
- Creativity in problems solving,
- Ability to assimilate new knowledge and issues,
- Communication skills,
- Secondary or higher education,
- Ability to use computer programs (Word, Excel),
- Independence and ability to work in a team,
- Knowledge of English and/or German to enable communication in speech and writing will be an advantage,
- Driver's license cat. B

COMMERCIAL AND SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Tasks:
- Sales and customer service,
- Maintaining good relations with existing customers as well as active acquisition of the new ones,
- Identification of customer needs, selection of solutions best suited to the identified needs,
- Preparation of commercial offers,
- Negotiating purchase conditions,
- Active cooperation with marketing department
- Cooperation and negotiation of purchase conditions with suppliers
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge and ability to talk freely about technical requirements of Customers in maintenance and production departments,
- Analytical thinking skills and creativity in problem solving,
- Openness to continuous development,
- High communication skills and personal culture,
- Experience in sales,
- Secondary or higher education,
- Ability to use computer programs (Word, Excel),
- Ability to work with sales support tools and CRM,
- Independence and ability to work in a team,
- Knowledge of English and/or German, ability to communicate in speech and writing,
- Knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish or Russian - appreciated,
- Driving license cat B
