Brushes, which are commonly referred to as "pipe cleaners", are very widely used. These very simple tools are used widely, in very many industries.

The most important information that characterizes this type of brush is shown in the drawing above. On the other hand, please pay attention to the variety of ends depending on the demand. The longer part usually serves as a handle, which can be equipped with a handle or an eyelet. The shorter part is usually in direct contact with the material to be cleaned - it may be necessary to protect sharp edges so they do not scratch the surface of the bottom of the hole. In this case, rubber caps or additional bunches with filling material are used to protect or support the cleaning process.

Brush for inner surfaces, used in automatic machines; automatic cleaning machines. Wire made of INOX steel. FDA approved filling material.
Brush for cleaning inner holes. One end has an eyelet for easy grip. The filling material is brass.
Micro brush for cleaning internal surfaces. It is characterized by miniature size, which allows for cleaning small holes – even the threaded ones. The filling may be various, from simple polyamide fibres, through fine abrasive fibres with gradation up to 1000, to fine wires.
Traditional cleaning wipes, most often used to clean glass containers. Ended with a plastic handle.
Variety of endings. A bundle that clears the bottom of the hole; a plastic cap that protects the bottom of the hole from scratching, or the lack of an ending results in a variety of uses.
Wire brushes are commonly used for deburring internal and hard-to-reach surfaces. The application forces the use of different filling materials, thus the brushes can be equipped with wire and then they become the best tools for deburring internal holes. Fitted with PA6.12, they are excellent in the pharmaceutical or food industry. Abrasives are also widely used, for example for surface structuring and smoothing in woodworking and related applications.
