STRIP BRUSHES

This type of brush is in great demand on the market. Its simplicity of construction and versatility of application find their place practically in every industry. They are mainly used as tools for cleaning, sealing but also for filling assembly tables. These are the most common processes where they can be found, but they have a much wider range of applications and are limited only by the imagination of the designer.

DESIGN

Strip brushes consist of two structural components. Body, which can be made of plastic, aluminum or steel. Filling material – any possible, according to demand and brush working conditions.

Standard types in our case are the bodies according to the scheme below, which can be inserted into a steel holder (most often galvanized steel) - as shown on the scheme and pictures below.

Colors – both body and filling material can be freely modified. The most commonly offered color on the market is white. However, depending on the demand, we can use blue or even black color.

The standard body is used as an assembly table equipment mainly for window and door joinery. We have also successfully implemented this system for the food industry and cleaning conveyor belts.

NON-STANDARD STRIP BRUSHES

Apart from the standard solution we have the possibility of producing any strip brush. The diagram below shows which parameters are crucial to design a brush correctly.

APPLICATION OF THE NON-STANDARD STRIP BRUSHES

The applications of strip brushes are practically unlimited. The soUNIQ most often uses these brushes in the food industry, at sewage treatment plants, in the paper industry or in vegetable and fruit processing. The processes in which they are used include pressing, cleaning, side protecting, supporting the automation processes and many others.
